I think to start eating Raw meat one need a lot of cougare and to delete from our brain all what we’ve been taugh about raw meat, once the firt step is done the rest is easy I’ve been reading tha eating raw meat is better for the body than cooked so last year I had the courage to eat raw grass feed beef. The first time it was pure fear about the taste but once I did it I thought the taste was fine. When I eat RAF my tummy don’t feel too bad. Now is more than a year that I started eating raw meat and organ meat and I do prefer the taste of the raw meat, my husband think I’m crazy. Magda

This is a wonderful how-to, and I look forward to building this jerky drier... however, most PVC is not rated for food use, and PVC 40 is only rated for using with drinking water. There are also warnings that PVCs release carcinogens and other toxins when heated... due to these reasons I plan to build this dryer using wooden rods in place of the PVC tubing.

Geoff, 3 yrs. ago I read your website and contacted you and ate some raw kidney, heart, sucked out the marrow bone . Found this gross next day had a salad of romaine lettuce, tomato, raw whole egg, little olive oil, a-c vinegar, salt and after eating this my hearing on my right ear got much better. Couldnt eat any more of the innards the heart is to hard to chew so, started to eat some cooked food and the hearing that came back disappeared. I have been on a different diet every 3 days. Was on the raw fruit diet. Fruit only my eyelids which are to brown got light but got cellulite on the inside of my thigs.

Well, today read that paleo's are eating fruit with their raw meat One lady that you consult said she eats organic duck eggs in the morning so no one has them so I bought some organic chicken eggs for tomorrow breakfast and their is no guanva so I will have 2 apple in season. I do not know how to make coconut milk and their is no soft coconut around so I bought a can of coconut milk and will mix some with water. Wegmas does have coconut milk for $3.99 on sale but it has all those vitamins added, folic, b12 etc.

She said she has 1/4 lb. of raw tuna and 1/4 lb. of cows heart so I went and got the wild tuna and a frozen cow heart and will have some of the coconut milk with water later. She eats no Evening meal but might have some watermelon if she is thirsty.

For lunch today I ate a pc. of the wild raw tuna. Like it better then the raw salmon.
The butcher cut up the frozen heart in 1/4 lb. pcs. well I tawed it out a little and but it in the small grater and it came out all stringy and not only pc. that was chewable was the fat on it so that is all I ate. Swallowed some of the red hard stringy pcs. How do I make this heart chewable.
There is no organic hearts in my area.
I am having a financial crisis by throwing out all the food. Yesterday I threw out The logevity diet food that the Okinawas eat, tofu, tamari, their strange green bitter foods etc. $30.00 worth.
Was eating papaya and hemp seed powderfiber, and it did help clean out some old stuff. Maybe it was the mixture with the papaya. Tasted gross. But read on Cure manuel site that fiber is not good. I have been trying not to eat at night but today will have 2 apples before I go to bed.
My ear feels stuffed today. Also my age spots got worst. Right eye vision that gets better when I do not eat breakfast Think my stomach is not absorbing nutrients from the cooked foods.

Adele That is my cell phone e-mail above. The one I am on at the library is staeciey23@buffalo.com Send to both cause the one above might get stopped.

I was very excited when I read that you have an easy way to make pemmican and jerky. A manual was mentioned as well. Can you tell me where to purchase the manual? Thanks

Very interesting! I switched to an ALL natural diet, no processed foods. But I still didn't drop weight like I thought I would! I bet it's all the beans, potatos and grains - all of which will make you SICK if you don't cook them. That seems like a pretty good reason to limit or even eliminate those things.
